Payment

• A deposit of 40% of the total cost of the accomodation is payable by bank transfer at the time of making the booking.
• If the deposit is not received within 5 days of making the reservation, the reservation is automatically cancelled
• The remaining 60%, plus any additional charges, are payable either in cash, or by immediate bank transfer at checkin

Cancellation charges:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
• 40% of the booking price for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival

Pets:

• We are Pet friendly and are happy for you to bring your furry friends
• Pets must be well-behaved and not cause any disturbance to other guests
• We do not allow aggressive breeds and ask that you check with us at the time of booking
